We stayed here for a soccer weekend the room was spacious ,clean but definitely needs to be cleaner, the carpet floors needs deep cleaning. All the ice makers we out on every floor ! the Lobby was nice , the coffee and breakfast area was nice , clean , with a good variety of things to eat . Overall I would stay here again if needed . Very convenient location with plenty of food and shopping close by .

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. This stay was not enjoyable. Some staff were ok and others were not helpful. I have never experienced this during my previous stays, but I was awakened numerous nights at around 4 am, due to what sounded like a garbage truck dumping or picking up trash. I was staying in a room on the westside of the hotel.

Not clean. Our first room we were given smelled moldy, the second room we were given had a sheet over the window instead of blinds. The breakfast area tables were not clean. When we left the next day there was so much trash in the cans outside the door that it was overflowing and rolling round at the entrance doors.

The room was nice but the shade on the window was broken. Trash was everywhere outside, the receptacle was full for 2 days. The trash bin was full inside,also. I thought that maybe the property was short-staffed, but the front desk ladies were just sitting and talking when not checking someone in (instead of doing what needed to be done). There was a big event in Columbus, with a lot of people in from out of town and I hate to see Columbus shown in this light. It’s a lovely property, so it makes it disappointing that it’s not being taken care of.
