"Our room was not ready for 3 guests: it took more than an hour to receive extra towel, robe and coffee, did not get extra cup. The housekeeper was very unfriendly when was asked for extra cup."

"Stayed in a King Suite with an ocean view at Ocean Promenade Hotel and overall had a really nice experience. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had a small kitchen stocked with most of the essentials, which was a great bonus. The balcony was a nice feature, though it could use a better clean and the patio furniture felt a bit dated. The bed was a little too firm for my personal preference, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. You can hear the train passing by, which is definitely loud, but oddly enough it added a bit of a romantic, seaside vibe. The lobby was under construction during our stay, and check-in was slower than expected, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. One downside is that onsite parking felt overpriced. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement, but the location and room quality really stand out."

"We knew we just needed a place to crash by airport and the price was cheap so our expectations were not high They are doing renovations to improve the property but we were in a very worn room. The bed was clean at least and no bugs but I would not shower there it looked rough my spouse attempted but the shower head did not work. When I checked in there was no one there for 5min I was wandering around a construction site and felt extremely uncomfortable I would have just left but we pre paid Wouldn’t return but good news we slept and did not have bugs"

"Do not come to this hotel. They do not have internet and when I asked them to fix it they said it is ok which did not work. I could jot work at hotel during my stay. They also charge a lot!"
