"What a wonderful retreat and getaway for adults! So much to do on the property. From relaxing on the beach, to enjoying time in the sauna or hot tub! They have many hammocks overlooking the canal and even corn hole to play if you’d like. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. Rooms are well maintained and have your own private little covered porch adorned with a huge round wicker Lange bed to enjoy with yourself or a significant other! It’s a little paradise nestled away in a beautiful little town. Would definitely go back soon!"

"We had a great stay at Silver Sands! From my first phone call to them and their suggestions on places to ride our bikes, to the good mornings and smiling faces, the mood was set for a good time. The rooms, although not our usual taste in decor, were adorably decorated and kept the "feel" of the original motel and it's retro vibe. The attention to detail was high with crisp yellow and blue robes and a mermaid handle on the shower door, to special pour coffee in the room and an adorable SMEG refrigerator! But by far it was the location and view that made it spectacular, not to mention the bon fire at night!! It was just the icing on the cake, so to speak. We sat and had some wine and crackers and just really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely look to go back there again. Our only suggestion would be to add a pool :)"
