Wonderful experience at the Preston. Inspite of the broken elevator the entire staff went out of their ways to make our stay top self Danielle the front desk person helped us with our bags and each morning helped to carry breakfast to the room. The bartender was delightful and very personable and made good driks. Famtastic time in a great hotel. Thanks to the entire staff.

The highlight was the spacious room. They provide lots of towels and coffee in the room. Breakfast could improve. The restaurant in the front the the Building, Myles, was delicious for dinner.

Was greeted by Christian, it was a smooth, friendly and easy check in. Hotel is super clean, super modern and in a great location. Breakfast was good. Yogurt, really good croissants, coffee, pastries, cereal, very nice selection and also fresh fruit and juices. Bed was comfortable and i wish i stayed longer to check out the bar and restaurant. Easy breezy check out with another great staff member that i didnt catch her name. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Great stay and the staff was the highlight of the stay. Very helpful and responsive and responsible. I had lost something thinking I had left it at the hotel; they followed up even when the answer was they had not found it (it was in the car, so I found it). Check out mugs on main down the street.
