We enjoyed a pleasant 3 day stay at this lovely seaside inn. Comfortable and spacious room, a very friendly staff on all levels, and a convenient location on the North Fork if Long Island. Especially liked lunch at “Ellen’s” and Aldo is a great coffee shop. Would definitely visit and stay here again.

Spacious, well appointed rooms. Great location. The complimentary breakfast was cozy (nothing fancy but gets the job done). We stayed for three nights with a small dog in tow. The only surprise was that parking was not free ($29 per night) but there was plenty of free street parking available nearby.

This is a beautiful place in a great town. Greenport has much to recommend it. Excellent restaurants, interesting shopping, and congenial places to hang around, have a drink, a pastry or coffee. The seafood, from shellfish to the top of the maritime food chain is fresh and abundant, and generally reasonably priced. The hotel provides a generous and varied continental breakfast buffet for its guests, and the staff is serious about hospitality with a smile. We very frankly now think of of the Harbor Front Inn as "our place in Greenport."

Beautiful hotel, steps from everything in Greenport. My room had a lovely view of the harbor where you can watch the Shelter Island ferries come and go all day. The room was beautifully decorated and the shower was amazing. Would have preferred to park in the lot but that was an up charge. Street parking in the off season is doable. Will stay again!

Lovely place for a quiet getaway off-season. Loved this place and will be back. Only disappointment was morning coffee … lacking flavor and lukewarm … but there is a wonderful shop just a few doors down with very good coffee. Nespresso machine in room.

Warm & cozy lobby, friendly front desk staff. Location is IDEAL and 1 minute walk to the restaurants & stores. Even in a side room (not waterfront) you can see the water. The balcony is nice and we had coffee outside & enjoyed the view.
