We really love the place. It was walking distance from some of the best steaks in Long Island. The staff was so friendly our room could possibly need a new coat of paint rather than that the room was in very good condition.

The room was clean along with the property. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave and hot water maker. Not much in the office for food or beverage, however it was a two minute walk to Dunkin’ Donuts or a great bagel shop. There was also a good Chinese place and a pizza/bistro. We brought our dog with us and there is an area to walk them. Our visit was in March and it was cold, we were not able to enjoy the fire pit and Large outdoor seating setup. Location was perfect easy drive to Riverhead and out east on the north fork. Price was right, not fancy but. Lean and comfortable.
