"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"The unit supplied everything that was expected. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in was a breeze. The only issues we had were the heating in the bedrooms and the beds. The foam toppers were uncomfortable and created a heated sleeping space. Even with the heat turned down at night, the bedrooms got too warm."
