"The hotel is super clean and offers many types of rooms. The food at the restaurant is amazing, everything we ate was delicious. We got upgrated to the Jungle Room with a private lounge area and a pool… Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had! The staff is really incredible, they offered us rides up and down the main path, carried our luggage to our room, called a taxi for us when I lost my data connection. I felt like I was in really good hands. A special thank you to Javier, Edgar, Louise and the man at the reception that speaks french. You truly made our stay special and we are beyond grateful for your service and generosity."
