Tropical paradise off a main road. Gardens were beautiful, pool was lovely and refreshing. All areas well kept. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Had one evening meal which was delicious. Room was large with plenty of toiletries. Staff were very friendly.

We had a lovely room, yet this was after another room was give to us. We asked to change, many of the rooms are very dark and a bit gloomy but it's such a shady resort this isn't surprising. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. I felt the pool was too small for the size of resort, we didn't manage to secure a sunbed the whole time we were there. Again shady and I would prefer a sunnier spot for a swim. On the whole a lovely resort, much to like. I just personally prefer a little more light and sunnier spots.

Beautiful resort to spend time with family. Vegetarian dinner options were limited at La Casa restaurant and kind of expensive (nevertheless, you have a lot of restaurants outside at La Fortuna, but everything else in the resort was very nice and awesome! Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, resort is clean, pools, hot springs were great! Excellent resort!! FIVE STARS! We went in December 2025!

Great location that offered easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Staff was helpful in navigating local activities. Booking activities through the hotel was convenient and well-managed (Manuel Antonio tour, local farm tour, etc.). We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, which was well-priced and convenient. Nice pool area. One minor concerns with the room -- our room had a full side of windows, and only offered large curtains. This created some security concerns and I wish we had blinds.

We had a great stay. The hotel was beautiful and lush, our room was nice, and the pool area was excellent. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. We saw tons of wildlife at the property as well. Walkable to a mini market and a few restaurants.

The property is clean and surrounded by jungle. There was tons of wildlife and I love the big comfy bed and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was INCREDIBLE!! Loved everyone from the desk to the maintenance to the restaurant! Also, the front desk was a complete concierge the entire time right down to arranging taxis. So amazing! 10/10!

The reception staff and hotel manager were very welcoming and tried to resolve any issue we had. They went beyond expectation in several occasions. We had breakfast and dinner in the resort and the food was very good. There was no beach view, The resort is about 1 mile far from the beach and we had to take a bus to get there.

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and the staff were excellent - they went out of their way to make us welcomed and comfortable. Rooms were spotless and the food in the restaurant very good. The gardens were stunning. Good location- bus stop at the door which takes you to the National Park entrance plus the beech. Also lots of restaurants and coffee places within easy walking distance.
