"Lizard Creek Lodge is the best hotel to stay at in Fernie. The condo units have everything you need and it’s perfect for a larger family or friends. Thank goodness for air conditioning on hot days. Not at rentals have that in Fernie. The only thing I was they had was breakfast options in the morning or a little store to buy things. Are sure you bring your food with you because there are not many places close by to get food."

"I would give this a 3 start rating. The rooms are a bit run down and in need of some love. The AC units should not be located where they are. They freeze you out being right beside the bed. My son enjoyed the pool. The restaurant food was really good but slow service. Breakfast was not bad. The staff were very friendly."

"The overall space was more generous than expected. The layout was nice, with the en-suite bedrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area. The deck was nice, though in alter small spots de because the hot tub takes up most of the space. The hot tub was inviting after a day of biking. The jets don’t all work and the plastic is cracked in some areas but it works fine and the hot soak was worth it. We noticed the microwave door handle is broken and probably won’t last long. Also the master bath toilet paper holder is loose. Otherwise, everything worked well. I recommend this stay for two couples or one couple and two kids. More than that would be crowded."
