This is a an older hotel which shows a little bit of wear and tear. Our sink was cracked in places and clogged. There seems to be a lot of wear in the furniture and carpet. The website says that they have a really good Indian food restaurant which we were looking forward to visiting it turns out that the restaurant on the website no longer exists. They should update their website. The continental breakfast in the morning was uninspiring a little bit of bread and muffins and some yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee

Unfortunately this was disappointing stay. The property is run down and in need of upkeep, cleaning and repairs. The features of this hotel are the pool, breakfast and kids "games area". These were all below expectations. The pool and slide area were dark and in need of upkeep. Stairs are rusting. The kids games area all require payments and tokens to do anything so there was no one using the space. The breakfast was simple cold cereals, the basic waffle station with minimal topping options, and no staff in attendance to help with anything if not working. The room was run down, had old dry wall patches in the bathrooms that need to be finished, have been poorly upgraded with very minimal upgrades (headboards, bathroom counter top) and a newer shower bar which prevents the doors from opening fully. The patio door did not lock. Overall, after a trip of many great hotel stays, this was in poor shape and would not recommend. It is also noisy with highway traffic.

Nice exceptfor a few things.

Normally make a point to stay here as everything is pretty decent. Our whole family likes to go there This time tho the toilet was running constantly. There was garbage on the floor from previous occupants on floor under the bed. No screen on the balcony door. Also the breakfast was not good. Waffle maker was not working. Hard boiled eggs were off. No creamer for the coffee and no one around to refill things that were short. Maybe it was a one off

The room was not ready for a 4pm checkin. Room wasnt ready untill 445. Drawer fronts fell off when opening drawers. Half of the lights in the room were burnt out. The breakfast waffle mix had hair in it. The muffins were so stale you know they were sitting out for days. 10/10 would not recomend this dump

We were excited when we first arrived, to check in. Once we opened the condo, we were very disappointed with cleanliness in our condo. The floor was dirty, and my crawling baby had black stains on his hands and feet within mins of being on the floor. The toilets had black rings around the top, the tub was not clean and I went and got supplies so i felt comfortable showering my kids in there, I also wiped the floor myself so my baby could crawl. We needed inside shoes in the condo. The AC unit was broken, fans were provided, but it was still very hot. The oven handle is broken off, so we did not use the oven. Window on main floor was broken and would not stay open as well as would not lock which is a slight saftey concern. Breakfast was good in the hotel. The pool is fun but very cold, my daughter loved the arcade, and other things that the hotel provided. Overall the condo is not great, I would not recommend.

Property is extremely outdated and is quite dirty. No thorough cleaning of the bathroom, very obviously just want to cash in on tourists. Would recommend staying elsewhere.
