The decor is outdated but its clean and functional! The location of the hotel is great. I could hear some traffic noise from my room. It was confusing because I booked Canada Best Value Inn & Suites Fernie which is now called EasyStay Inn & Suites Fernie.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was quite firm, which I like. Pillows were great! The traffic is pretty noisy all night long, so you may want to bring ear plugs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Bridge Bistro is right next door. I haven't eaten there for several years, but I know it used to be good.

Room was ok. Biggest complaint I guess should be with Expedia maybe more than the motel itself… the name of the motel was different than what we booked so it made it frustrating to find.

We booked a three bed room and received a two bed room. The hotel was full sold out and the room they gave us smelled like smoke. Will not be going back again

Staff was very friendly and location is fantastic. I really appreciated that it is a dog friendly hotel. However, I would recommend placing guests with dogs on ground floor rooms as the metal grated staircases are painful on dog paws.
