"Overall, and for the price, a great stay. Came for one night with my partner to avoid the costly hotels in downtown Boston! Parking extra $8 I think to park in the garage under the hotel, which is nice! It’s early spring, so pool wasn’t filled yet obvi. Our first room didn’t have the shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom which we didn’t even notice til we asked to change the room. We changed the room due to seeing a few ants. Next room we got was perfect, much more clean (the carpet in the first room hadn’t been vacuumed I think), and had the bathroom amenities. So while the first room didn’t work out, they made it very easy to change! Breakfast had some yogurt, bread, mini muffins, and make your own waffles. AC unit worked great. Thin walls so you can hear other TV’s but didn’t bother us at all. Again the price for all of this is more than fair! At least in our opinion. Would stay again. "

"The property was nice but there was a few things that didn’t seem to work out in our favor. We had our young daughter with us and our room was on the 7th floor the farthest away from the elevator which made for a very long walk back to the elevator to go to and from the pool. It felt like we were placed far away because we had a child which I’m fine with as long as it’s not an inconvenience to my stay, which it was. The pool was warm and wonderful on Saturday but on Sunday the water was cold and the room temp of the pool room was cold. They also ran out of pool towels. The room had a dangerous sliding glass bathroom door that little fingers could get caught up n. The glass sliding shower door would not stay closed. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window did not open so the room was very stuffy. The coffee kit had not been used or had items replaced, the cream was spoiled and there was only one coffee pod. No one answered when I called down for room service. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located off the highway and next to the mall and many stores which I did love."
