The room was good and clean. It was nice to have a sink outside the bathroom. There was an issue that made the stay less comfortable: the television had power and turned on, however, there was no tv signal. The room phone was not working, so called the front desk using my cellphone. The front desk person came to check the tv and also was unable to get any channels. Said the maintenance person will look at it in the morning. My wife likes to sleep with the tv on and was unable to get a good nights sleep. Having maintenance during off hours or on-call for such a big building with guests should be a given.

The location was quite safe. The employee were friendly and helpful. The only thing was the tv remote in the room was hard to navigate. We had to ask for help. There were other guests who had the same issue. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
