I’m not really sure if they are spiders or what, but there were also spots on the pillows and the bedding so when I told the front desk clerk that I cannot stay there and ask for a refund, she refused to give me one. I also paid for a queen suite which I was not put in because after I got there, she said they were all taken."

"First things first, when I arrived nobody was at the desk so I dashed the number provided on a sign for assistance and staff seemed annoyed and was told rudely to wait. Okay, whatever, I waited, no biggie. Second, I get the room and immediately see baby roaches in the bathroom and by the bed by the window. Then I went to shower and there were no towels. Called the front, no answer. Went to office, again no staff. Then went to check out, window thing was down, no staff. Couldn’t tell them what was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here. "
