Got up to take a shower and their was NO HOT WATER 😭had to wait until 9am for maintenance so I was late for the event very upset and then the housekeeping came in my room and removed towels just a mess

Parking was safe. The A/C worked well. However, both ice machines was down, and I felt that wasn't good, however, mini fridge in the room made the difference. Kudos.

The rooms were neglected. They were filthy. I actually had to clean the room. The towels were stained, rough, and had a musty smell to them. It smelled like marijuana in the rooms. The pillows were very small with no support. There needs to be some serious renovations done on the rooms. The bathtub had "hairs" in it.
