"Don’t let the showroom fool you. As shown in the photos, our room had roaches, smelled like mold or a damp basement, and was not properly cleaned. There was trash in the trash can, hair in the shower, stains on the bedding, and no hand soap. The “pillows” were not real pillows at all… just stuffing shoved into pillowcases. Our reservation was for two people, but only one set of bathroom supplies was provided. We saw other rooms that appeared much nicer, while ours seemed to be one of the worst. After seeing roaches as soon as we entered, we decided not to eat the breakfast. We also overheard other guests complaining about similar issues. I would not stay here again."
