One of the ladies that worked at the kitchen was very unprofessional. She swore a lot she had an attitude and she was talking about customers after they have left and not in a positive way I don’t know what her name was, but she had longer dark brown hair and you could hear her complaining about everything the whole time she was working

We are always greeted politely and checkin is generally quick. This time they assigned us a room that was already occupied. This was rectified to a different clean and comfortable room. A hats off to the woman that organizes breakfast! She is always pleasant.

This appears to be a relatively new hotel. While the rooms are small ("Micro"), everything is high quality and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff are helpful and friendly. An exceptional value!

Staff was welcoming but my room was very musty. I should have moved immediately but was so tired after being on road all day. The next morning I came back to have coffee in the room and it was noticeably bad after walking out and back in. I just left. Waah.
