I would really like notification of franchised operations. I have stayed in a few of these this year, and somehow, people rate them much higher than they should be. For example, the shower in this hotel was abysmal. It barely worked due to a plumbing issue. I could only get a trickle out of the shower head. The room itself was tacky and rather dismal. I don't think they light the rooms well, so you don't see the fact that the decor hasn't been updated since the 1960s.

Fine for a quick overnight

It was nice to have a hot breakfast that a GF person can eat. The bed was a bit harder than we are used to so not super comfortable. It was modern and clean

There was a strong odor of animal urine which got worse each day, making it hard to breathe. It is a dog friendly hotel and we have a dog but didn't expect the overwhelming smell. It was also very noisy, from the road noise and one of the neighboring rooms (room 159) had their TV very loud until 3:00 am.

Great value.

Recently remodeled and looked great. Clean and staff very friendly. Walls are very thin and street traffic is noisy: we were on the front of the building - perhaps another room would’ve been quieter.

This property has been completely renovated and was very lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Just general suggestions for motels… there are never enough towel racks for damp towels. It would also be nice to have a safety handle in every bathroom for the shower/tub combination. I am not handicapped but stepping over the tub into shower can sometimes be tricky. But again, this property was great.
