Due to issues with the mechanics we had to be deplaned & the flight was then 3 hours delayed. Thus impacted on our check in in New York & arrangements for booked events.
My my ticket was a no carry on only one personal item. I had only a small backpack and was told since it is not a purse it will not count and tried to charge me for it even though I was able to fit it in a personal size bin. Was annoying and seems like a ridiculous rule that is not consistent because I have used this backpack as my personal item before in the past with no issues.
Seats are too tight for comfort
Only thing I recently had a knee replacement surgery so going through security took longer the add lar went off so i had to be patted down so it took a little longer at security. I guess it was necessary
Pass should choose their seats for free
