Located southwest of Cleveland, Ohio, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) can be reached via I-480 and Berea Freeway. Your flight to Denver International Airport (DEN) lasts just three hours.

Downtown Denver lies west of the airport and can be accessed by way of I-70 should you decide to rent a car. Otherwise, hotels often offer courtesy shuttles to and from DEN, and there are private and public buses, taxi and private car services, and shared van options.

Popular attractions in Denver include the “Unsinkable” Molly Brown House, the former residence of the famous RMS Titanic survivor, the Children’s Museum of Denver, the Firefighters Museum and the Colorado State Capital building with its gold dome.

Outdoor enthusiasts should head to the nearby Rocky Mountain National Park to hike, and you can tackle the Class II rapids on the Platte River, which runs through downtown Denver.

Denver is generally dry and sunny, with relatively mild summers and cold winters. However, the temperature is often much lower in the Rocky Mountains, and at the city’s higher elevation it’s common to find snow late into the spring.
