About Mt. Joy
Coming from Philadelphia, the indie rock band moved to Los Angeles to follow their dreams of being successful musicians. The five members, Matt Quinn, Sam Cooper, Sotiris Eliopoulos, Jackie Miclau and Michael Byrnes, make up the indie rock band known at Mt. Joy. Writing music began with just some of the band members until 2018 when they all recorded their first album together. The group has performed at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Newport Folk Festival, Voodoo Fest and more. They have also toured with some impressive artists such as The Shins, Whitney, The Revivalists and more. After touring with Rainbow Kitten Surprise in 2019, the band went on their own tour with their new music. The band also performed at the Red Rocks Amphitheater with Rainbow Kitten Surprise in 2021.
