Born in Birmingham, Jeff Lynne was part of several bands growing up. In the mid 1960s he started developing an interest in producing music, which would serve him well in the future. In 1994 Jeff Lynne joined George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Paul McCartney to contribute to their Anthology series.
