Cheap Trick Tickets
Cheap Trick is an American rock band with a love for British style. Their early music heavily reflected The Beatles and The Who -so much that a Japanese publication actually referred to them as the "American Beatles." The band underwent several name changes, and even released an album in 1968, though it was greatly underappreciated. Cheap Trick didn't really hit their stride until members Rick Nielsen and Tom Petersson went to Europe. They started to work on their stage presence and began opening for musical legends like Kiss, the Kinks and Santana among others. They averaged 250 shows a year, though it wasn't until they recorded "At Budokan" that they went platinum - triple platinum.
Awards and accolades
Cheap Trick has many catchy hits that were notorious for coming on the radio in the morning and sticking in your head for the rest of the day. Popular songs included "Surrender," "I Want You to Want Me,""Dream Police" and "The Flame." Cheap Trick has millions of devoted fans ready to belt the lyrics to any song they strum, but they also have some fairly impressive concrete accolades and awards. To begin, they have tons of platinum sales and as a result have been ranked number 25 on VH1's "100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock."
Hall of famers
This band loves to perform on stage for their fans - especially after all the practice they had opening for bands in their early years. Cheap Trick tickets weren't hard to come by because they were still putting on 200+ shows a year at the end of the millennium. They've since performed thousands of shows, so it's your turn to see them. Cheap Trick is one of the most recent inductees of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. On April 30, 2016, Cheap Trick, N.W.A, Steve Miller, Chicago and Deep Purple were welcomed into the exclusive club at the 31st induction ceremony.
