I had a terrible experience with Expedia. Arrived at Hilton Gardens and there wasn't any rooms reserved. I had gotten email confirmation form Expedia saying I was all set but when I arrived no rooms were confirmed.We should have had five rooms but had no rooms. We had to be delayed for hours trying to find rooms. Due to this terrible experience I will never attempt to use Expedia again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Our room was clean but they forgot to vacuum the carpet, restock the coffee bar, and supply the bathroom with a bar of soap. I did get a bar of soap from the front desk staff and asked that the coffee item be sent up but that never came. The towels in our room and at the pool are awful. Thin and sooooo scratchy. We expected better from a Hilton.

We usually stay in one of the waterpark resorts but for this short trip we decided to just get a room in a hotel with a hot tub and enjoy the quieter off season. The views are not especially scenic given the location and the metal floor on the balcony was noisy, but overall it was pleasant to just sit outside with a drink on our own patio. The hot tubs were nice and the pool bar was a bonus. The staff was friendly and efficient and the place was clean. We'd stay again.

The bed was super pilled and it either needs to be tossed or shaved. couldn't sleep on the sheets cuz you could feel it all the way through, so slept on top of all covers to fix that issue. disappointing for a Hilton hotel.
