I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite and had a very good experience overall. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small.

Hosekeeping entered the room without permission and then left the door open while we were gone. Management was fakely apologetic even laughing at me when i was discussing it with her. Then i asked for a receipt and found out what hotels.com claimed it cost was more than Atlantis charged per noght.

We stayed in a whirlpool suite. The tub was not clean. There was an obvious patch on the ceiling from an upstairs leak, that looked like it was ready to fail again. The bed was uncomfortable, with flat pillows. The Wi-Fi was slower than dial up service. The tv was stuck in store mode, so there was an advertisement banner covering the bottom 3rd of the screen constantly. The knob in the shower was on backwards, so hot was cold. The bed was up against the heater, and there was only one night stand on one side of the bed. And you could hear every plumbing from surrounding rooms. So when an upstairs shower or toilet was used, you heard everything, especially a hot tub. And the dimmer light switch above the hot tub was broken, and there was no way to turn the lights off. So we had to sleep with the light on.

We stayed here as a family of 10 and had a great experience overall—definitely a 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept, and the master suite was extremely spacious. It was large enough for all of us to gather and celebrate a birthday comfortably. The highlight of our stay was the front desk gentleman. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and polite, and even called our room to check if we needed anything such as extra towels. His customer service stood out tremendously and made us feel very welcomed.

Room looked run down. Damage throughout the hotel. Website stated pool open 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The sign outside stated pool open late. When we tried to use the pool we were kicked out at 9:00pm and were told rudely pool close 9:00 and I think that was the only english they new how to speak. A group of us have stayed there for years. We will be finding a new place to stay.

We had the family suite which is great for having a gathering of 9-12 people. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a leak in the ceiling from the hot tub in the room above us that leaked in our hot tub. The jets on the our hot tub didn't work and the fireplace timer didn't work either but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again if the hot tubs got fixed.

The room was clean ish. It definitely needs updating. As soon as we walked in the hallway to our room you could smell cigarette smoke even though it says on every door no smoking. We complained 3 times and they just sent someone dow the hallway to spray something.. they staff was very nice though. I'm not sure we will stay here again

This was our second time here. Staff was nice. Room was big and for the most part clean. Lock on door wouldn't work, fireplace didn't work and room phone didn't work. Pool and hot tub are a little run down. Overall stay was good for the money. Will visit again.
