The location was perfect, next to the Bay, and eating breakfast with the nice view outside. The hotel was within walking distance of shops, and restaraunts as well. The staff were all very polite, and checkin was a breeze. The only thing I didnt like was, that the carpet could use a cleaning. The hotel was very clean otherwise, and I would stay again if having the chance.

Very nice location. Property is well kept and staff was great. Only issue we had is that there are no elevators. We were only on the 2 floor, but we are an older couple and is was difficult getting our luggage upstairs.

Recently stayed there for five days. Chris and his wife and staff were awesome. Chris knows every place to eat in the Dells area and his recommendations were always spot on. Our room was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Very convenient location and every member of the party receives a free pass to the Noah's Ark water park which is a great savings for families with children. We would absolutely stay there again.

I requested and contacted facility about having a King Size bed. I had the reservation for a king size bed inside one of the 4 plex in the river. When called again to confirm, I was told they had to move my room and I wouldnt get a king size bed or room requested because the owners decide to come. This was our Anniversary weekend and visit 2X a year, it was very disappointing.

The cabin was super cute and what we need for a family of 4. However, I didn’t realize they were located on the other side of the street where the lodge is. The road is really busy during the day as it it the route for the duck boats (common tourist attraction in the area). Additionally, there was no view of the river from the cabins and not really even nature views as the trees are in the back and the only thing we can see are the cars and the road from the cabin. Staff was super nice and friendly.
