Not sure why the changes?

Price on Hotels.com was $239 for 2 rooms but even though I paid for Both she rang them up separately which came $244. I understand it’s only $5 difference but kind of defeats the purpose of using your site cause the extra $5 just defeated my dollars of credit For booking with you. Hotel also was definitely not worth the price we paid since it was not even half full so not like a shortage of rooms. I will book with you again next time and see if things go better but my husband also booked through you guys a couple weeks ago in Sioux City Iowa for 4 nights but when we got there they had no rooms for us. We have used your site for years but wondering what is happening all of a sudden.

The workers were so kind and helpful! We were there for a music festival so they were booked up, but when we called and requested an earlier checkin time they were flexible and made it happen for us! The staff are very accommodating and you can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Be clear about your policy!

I booked this hotel specifically because they said they were pet friendly. After driving 8 hours with my two cats and attempting to check in, they said they only accept dogs, not cats. I thought this was extremely misleading. They should have specifically said they accepted only dogs, not pets. I was unable to check in and I was very upset after a long drive.
