Unfortunately both restaurants serve the same thing with no other options other than adding an omelette. However the choices are very kid friendly. The food was all cooked well. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and I can't rave enough about the blackened salmon. Fantastic chef! Everything there was top service and taste. The check in desk was where I had issues. My room was prepayed and I found out the next morning the check in staff charged me again. I'm still waiting on my charge card statement to make sure the charges were reversed. Everything else was top notch. All the staff was friendly and helpful, even the check in desk.

I loved staying at Legoland with my family. The room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The towels and linen were amazing. The kids had a lot of fun; breakfast was just perfect to start our morning. Definitely worth the price.

The room was very dirty and smelled moldy. The pool was not clean. Overall the hotel was very run down and dark given that a night at this hotel is the same as a night at the JW Marriott Grand Lakes there is zero comparison.

It was beautiful even though my room has a horrible view of a lower roof they could at least decorate it so we don’t look out to a blank white room. Even though my experience was nice it’s really not worth 500 dollars

Estoy super decepcionada, reserve una noche en este hotel y me arrepiento porque me han hecho Pasar un muy mal rato, un hotel tan caro y que sus trabajadores no sepan hacer bien su trabajo , resulta que reserve la noche de agosto 4 Salida el 5 , y en la noche el aire dejó de funcionar, su termostato estaba apagado, imagino necesitaba cambio de baterias, informo a recepcion, estos como era ya tarde me dicen que la persona de mantenimiento no se encontraba que me cambiarian la habitacion. Resulta que la chica Parque que no sabe hacer bien su trabajo y me arrepiento de no haber apuntado su nombre, pero para mi gran sorpresa me cobraron a mi targeta una nueva Reserva + parqueo y todo. Ahora en vez de relajados y contentos lo que tengo un problema más . Que desastre.

First of all they didn't give the room I reserved, instead another dirty room with clogged bathtub. I was 3 hours with an Expedia representative because the hotel received another information plus they charge me every night i spent there cause errors on the system. Nor Expedia or the hotel make my stay pleasant. I would never return or make reservations though Expedia. My shuttle fail also in my recent trip to Punta Cana. A completely disaster. Expedia is not working nothing good.

I like the convenience of having the theme park, water park, and aquarium all in one next to the hotel. Love that everything is lego themed. The pirate room was really cool and comfortable. Wish the room had a little more storage to put things away.
