Here are a few important house guidelines to ensure a great experience:

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

No need to make the bed—just leave used towels on top before checkout.

Please gather all trash in one bag for easy collection.

If you use the kitchen, please leave them clean and organized.

All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away after use.

Street parking is directly in front of the house. Do not park in the driveway, as it belongs to the main house resident.

The thermostat is managed by the main house. If it feels too warm or cold, let us know and we’ll coordinate with them. You are welcome to use the ceiling fans for added comfort.

The entrance to your space is through the door on the left side of the house.
