Showed positive test of Covid & Flu A morning of checkin. Was told zero refunds and to still come in. Beyond discussed of this management team, I had two rooms booked, Expedia said they’d have to contact hotel for approval for refunds and the same lady at hotel I spoke with denied Expedia to allow it. Zero empathy, zero care. I certainly hope they get the same experience I did and 300.00 ripped from their pocket in an emergency situation that’s unstoppable. Shameful really.

We always love to stay at this facility. Really close to Legoland, breakfast it's really convenient to us. For some reason this time breakfast was not included but we paid $12 per person and my son was free. Absolutely planning to go back!
