"The Armstrong is a great hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was large, but the layout wasn't ideal. There was only 1 sink, and nowhere to put your things. I had to call down to understand how to get the shower running. The bathroom floor tile was very old and really needs to be replaced. The windows were covered with film because our room had no view, and this way no one can look in. The hotel provided a sound machine and earplugs, but the walls were very thin, and I heard a lot of noise and conversation. If you are a heavy sleeper, it would probably be fine."

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast. Some of these older reviews need to be deleted. The room I was in had been remodeled and very nice. The only thing I noticed was the drapes could have been spritz with febreeze or something like that. The elevator was scary as I’ll get out though. Hahaha"
