When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately noticed broken glass and an old food receipt on the floor — the receipt was dated September 19, which clearly showed the room hadn’t been cleaned for days. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included, was awful. There were only two or three pieces of bread, no fruit, and the pancake machine was broken. The cream cheese container was shared by everyone, which raised serious hygiene concerns — it should have been served individually. It really made me wonder if any health inspectors ever visit this place. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. While we were at the hotel, a man who appeared to be homeless walked into the breakfast area wearing extremely dirty clothes, and there was no staff at the reception to handle the situation. We felt unsafe and decided to leave immediately. Overall, this was a very bad experience — dirty room, poor food, and unsafe environment. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pavement in poor condition, some garbage on lot temperature was OK in room after showering standing water in tub overnight Basic cable TV in room no sports mostly news stations. Very disappointed over all pictures on Internet were deceiving. I have pictures to support my complaints

The bathroom needs to have an upgrade on the toilet to a higher type toilet and the Shower needs to be upgraded with a wand type. The continental breakfast was very good and beverages were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable . Air conditioning and wifi were fully functional . Daily maid service was provided. Equipped with fridge and microwave. Decent basic breakfast . No electric kettle …only draw back . Had to use microwave to heat water. Out of the town centre so it’s necessary to use the bus.

Parking was in front of my room, convenient. The room was barely sufficient. It's supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled like stale smoke in the room. A very close (just behind the hotel) Dollarama where I bought an air freshner, to help the air quality. The window opened to allow fresh air at night, but it points to the road & the screen was torn, so I locked the window before bed. The toilet had a stain & you could hear water running all night. The bathroom was big enough for a wheelchair, but has a big lip to get into the shower, bars to hold on to, no actual seat. It didn't have a shower wand and I had to limbo to get under shower head. The only bathroom light is connected to a very loud fan. The sink was tiny. I like the fridge & it worked well. I didn't use the tv. Wifi had great signal at all times. The breakfast was continental: automatic pancake maker but it was half cooked. Small muffins, donuts, toast bread and cereal. They ran out of cream for the coffee twice. Coffee ran out once. Two different guys on my two mornings were in the adjoining office, but both times they were busy on their personal cell phones to notice the coffee issues. I had to ask both times. The second time, the cream was not replenished, so I used milk. There is a Tim Horton's very close by and down Walker Street there is a Mc Donald's, or you can order delivery. It was all sufficient for 3 days 2 nights. Walls are thin and people loud & inconsiderate until after midnight.
Shower has a lip at the bottom, although wide. Not really wheelchair friendly.
Big mirror and counter, tiny sink. Another tilted smaller mirror, for someone in a wheel chair to use.
Running water sound from toilet and it had brown water stain in the bowl. The seat wasn't securely fastened either. Toilet is very low to the floor.
