Hot breakfast was great, the room is good size and reasonably clean. It is walkable to the main street. Just be aware on the surrounding area, to get to the main street we did pass a bunch of homeless.

Traumatized Guests

I woke from my first night with bites on my right upper arm. I then saw a bed bug crawling on the other bed. I got dressed and went to front desk with picture of the insect. The front desk staff was apologetic and immediately placed me another room. I then went to a local Wal-Mart and bought a product to spray on, under and around the matress. Needless to say, I did not sleep well for the remainder of my stay. The staff was wonderful throughout, but still very traumatizing to say the least....

The staff were very friendly at the property and the room was clean and in good condition. However the area around the property felt a bit unsafe. Across the road from the hotel in the evening a large group of people seemed to be loitering in front of some sketchy looking building.

Was checked in by Melissa, she messed up my credit card.room was already fully paid but she put multiple authorizations thru and charged me again for my room. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card. They should train their staff properly on how to check people in who already paid. I have escalated to look into this further and if no resolution, I’m filing a dispute against the hotel with my bank. The room had no soap and shower gel. Had to go downstairs and ask for it. The breakfast area had a none operational toaster. The toaster is 20$ at Walmart… I come to Windsor a lot but will never come back here again.
