Full kitchen/dining room, Living room with Free WiFi and Cable TV, 3 bedrooms with individual private bathrooms, laundry facilities and FREE onsite gated parking. This second floor penthouse is perfect for parents visiting their university student, business travelers, construction workers, or even locals looking for a staycation destination.

The kitchen area is spacious and has all the amenities to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet meal. The large island has seating for 4 people and provides plenty of prep space. The dining room seats 6 at the main table with a 2 person bar height side table.

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with shower, closet area, and an office desk. The master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub and a sauna to help unwind after a long day.
