Great view of the water front. Walking distance to the casino. We were surprised when we arrived and there wasn’t enough parking for every guest. We did have to park in a parking garage off the property, which although wasn’t to far of a distance away, was still inconvenient, and because we have a large truck, the antenna was scarping the roof of the parking garage well parking. Aside from that our stay was great.

We stayed here for a girls night in August. Unfortunatly the pool is on the small side and it's right off the reception so not private to get to. Ordered pizza delivered because the restaurants around the area were too expensive. View was lovely and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. 8.5/10

The location is fantastic! Our room was super clean however other guests on the floor were super noisy. Someone had a massive dog that was barking in the middle of the night. That would be the only thing to complain about.

Clean and Modern Room

We liked it, had a very clean room with modern decor which I loved. The bathtub is not large, but the shower had hot water and strong water pressure. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The view was great from the 11th floor, but we paid for riverview and got a partially blocked view. The pool was the perfect temperature, the breakfast was great with a lot of options and great service. I felt a little uncomfortable that the check-in staff were all male, I personally find female energy to be more welcoming. More kids channels would have been helpful, vending machines and ice machines on our floor would have been helpful, too.

The Holiday Inn Express - Windsor was in an excellent location. The review in our room was beautiful! The bed was really comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Windsor. The location right by the waterfront made it easy to enjoy the city, and it was also very family-friendly. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were kind and accommodating, which really made our visit stress-free. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety for the whole family. We came for a short getaway and to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and this hotel made it even more special. We’d happily recommend Holiday Inn Express Windsor to families or anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is convenient to downtown restaurants, and the riverwalk. Our check-in attendant was a little snippy, but otherwise it was a good stay.
