We had a great stay! The location is excellent right in downtown Wilmington with easy access to everything. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The property and host were amazing. Great location, plenty of room, and everything we needed for amenities. Dean was extremely responsive and accommodating. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and downtown. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This Wilmington home was just what we hoped for - clean, plenty of amenities and close enough to the river. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were perfect and the well stocked Keurig was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us.

Loved the location due to being there for a college graduation. Young people loved being so close to downtown. Was a little worried about parking due to use having 4 vehicles but there were plenty of openings for street parking. We would definitely rent this house again!

Charming, historic southern home in an excellent location. All modern appointments and a pleasing style. Delightful front porch makes you feel at home in the neighborhood. Walk to coffee, breakfast and dining. Everything on one level also made it easy for a family member w limited mobility.

It's obvious this home was recently renovated. It's clean, spacious, pet and family friendly. The host was attentive and the location is awesome with beautiful aesthetics and all the right amenities. If you're trying to decide between this and another place in downtown Wilmington, I can bet that you won't be disappointed with this one. Highly recommend!
