This cozy one bedroom apartment is located in a Historic Mansion on Front Street. Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Wilmington, this is the perfect home base for your stay. The entire apartment has been recently renovated in a way that mixes modern amenities with the charm of a historic home. With a designated off street parking spot that is rare in downtown, you'll be able to explore the history of Wilmington hassle free.

This charming one bedroom apartment was just lovingly updated from floor to ceiling. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials that you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. The large dining table offers plenty of space for your morning coffee or evening meal. The bedroom includes a king sized bed and closet space for your clothes. There is also a sofa where you can relax and watch TV as you wind down after a day of exploring. Off of the bedroom, there is a full bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. This property also has a washer/dryer for use during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.

Nicely remodeled building with comfortable bedding and rock star parking which is so unusual in that area! The apartment itself was very clean and the host was super easy to talk with. If you choose one of their apartments in this building, you will just love the easy proximity to downtown’s restaurants, bars and shops.

This was a great find! The host was lovely and communicative, check-in was super easy, and the designated off-street parking meant we didn't need to touch the car the whole weekend! WIN! It was clean and cute, just as pictured. Heads up, if the unit above you is occupied, and they wear boots or some kind of hard-soled shoe, you will absolutely hear it. All the time. But I think only when they had shoes on. The "back door" in the bedroom also opens to the outside, where a different unit enters, so if they are loud going in and out (for example, early in the morning), it may sound like they're in the room with you. But these were minor, and I would go back in a heartbeat!

A nice getaway weekend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property in downtown Wilmington. The house had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions downtown has to offer. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!
