Daily housekeeping you have to ask for, that apparently doesn't include emptying trash or changing beds, had to ask for extra towels daily, pool and pool deck dirty. Good walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

It’s close and convenient to the boardwalk and ww convention center. Park and play in the heart of wildwood. Rooms are clean and price is descent especially for the location. Pool goes to 8 ft lol

Dirty room, was told to make my own bed when I asked for new blankets! Staff takes $200 security deposit and doesn’t return it. Parking is a mess! Double parking and staff parks in front of vehicles. They ask for $40 for early check in, when I said no they claimed if i left a good review it would be free. Avoid this place! It’s a shame because it’s in a good location

Room was bigger than expected. Renovated. Close to boardwalk. We will book again. Front desk staff was very friendly & housemen too! Note: parking at the resort is piggy back and you’re required to leave your car key at the office in the event someone needs to leave. I would bring an extra key so in the event you accidentally check out like I did and forget your car key. Front desk called me to tell me I left it. Luckily for me we didn’t leave the island and I was able to pick it up same day.

We reserved two rooms for our family. I was in a room with my 87 year old mother using a Rolloy. When we were checking in, I asked to have a room on the first floor because my mother would not be able to climb the stairs to the second floor. They initially said there were no rooms on the first floor, but then realized one had not checked in. They were able to switch the two rooms so we could have the first floor room. However this is a down factor to the hotel not having an elevator.

Location was great but the staff was, weird, for lack of better words. The “parking attendant” walked around the property ALL THE TIME. Felt like we were being watched the whole time. When we were in the pool he walked by at least 5/6 times. We would open our door and there he was all the time. It was just really awkward. Also, I asked for our room to be cleaned and new sheets as my son had made a mess on the first set. They never came. Definitely over priced for that property.

The room was clean for the most part, but there was a some chipped paint on the wall that should've been repaired it looked tacky, not a good look. There was only one standard pillow and 2 small throw pillows for a King size bed there were no long full length mirror just a wall mirror over the sink and in the bathroom and in bedroom. The staff was very friendly and professional. Free Parking was included, AC worked well but it was very loud over my head mounted like a head board over the the bed. That I didn't like. Love that it was like few mins walk to the boardwalk/beach. Restaurants, stores and lots of entertainment were all close by. Shanti

front desk lady was very unhelpful and rude, called someone to tow my friends car after she told us we were able to park in the lot before check in. turned the water off at 9pm and we woke up on our last morning with no shower water and no running water in the sink. staff very rude and the bathroom was not clean.
