Room was very clean, toiletries were nice Aveda products. Staff was very friendly. Room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It was a bit of a struggle getting 2 suitcases and all other stuff up the stairs when first arrived. Lots of live outdoor music venues close to hotel, so it was a bit noisy in the evenings until about 11:30ish but not too bad unless you are a light sleeper or have little ones who are light sleepers. Location was super close to the heart of the boardwalk right at the amusement piers, so you won't have to pay to park or walk a long distance to enjoy the pier/boardwalk.

It's a beach community older motel a block away from the boardwalk so you must have the right expectations regarding noise and size of the room. But our room was clean and well maintained. Towels were thick, bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the glass transom above the door and the blinds let in very bright light from outdoor lighting so the room was much too bright for sleeping. Bring a sleeping mask.
