The front desk staff were not efficient but they were friendly. The pool area is kind of weird in that you have to walk out the lobby to access it. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. The shower was great but the bed was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever slept in. If you’re going up the mountain it’s a little bit of a walk but if you’re there to enjoy the village it’s perfect.

Room is spacious, clean, and has everything you would want and need. The fireplace was lovely to warm up. Soaking in the large bath with a glass of wine was exactly what I was craving after a day on the mountain! Just don’t forget to bring your own epsom salts or bubble bath!

The place is very nice and well-organized and the staff are incredibly welcoming. When we arrived around 10:30 AM, the receptionists kindly checked to see if our room was already available. They greeted and assisted every guest with genuine friendliness. The only downside is that the patio isn’t well maintained, there were leaves scattered around and some animal droppings that my partner accidentally stepped on. Aside from that, the location is excellent, right across from the library, just a 2–3 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and only about 2 minutes from the bus loop. We don’t mind booking the place again. It’s also very affordable if you’re on a budget.
