Ski-in/Ski-out Condo in Aspens w/ Pool & Hot Tubs

Stylish, newly remodeled condo in one of the Whistler’s best ski-in/ski-out locations - The Aspens on Blackcomb. It`s located right in the upper village next to the Blackcomb Gondola and Sunday Street Market.

It has modern furnishings and stainless-steel appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, king-sized bed, outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs, exercise room, free ski valet service, and bike storage. Comes with all the amenities and comforts including high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Enjoy the newly remodeled open living space with private bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and prepare a meal, and there is a private balcony to sit back and relax. There is a comfortable Murphy bed for more people with all the linen you need. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and exercise room as well in the building for you to relax after a day of adventure. You will have the all the comforts for the weekend, or an extended stay vacation.

You will have access to the entire condo along with the pool, hot tubs and exercise room. There is also secure bike storage and ski valet available for your convenience.

You will be right on the slopes of Blackcomb mountain, close to everything Whistler has to offer. The upper village is just a two minute walk away and you can walk to the main village in 10 minutes. Lost Lake Park, great for X-country skiing, and hiking and biking in the summer is also just a 5 min walk away.

Relax, unwind, and most importantly, experience all that Whistler has to offer. Whether you have planned a relaxing getaway, an active escape, or simply a weekend away, Whistler most certainly has just what you need.

There are restaurants, shops, grocery/liquor store in the upper village just a short walk away. There is also a free shuttle to the main village if you don`t feel like walking.

Underground parking is $26/night which you can pay at the machine near the front desk. It will print a code needed to open the parking garage door.

Same-day bookings: check-in may be as late as 6 PM
Minimum booking age: 25
Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
Maximum 4 guests
Noise complaints result in a $750 penalty deducted from the deposit.

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out property on Blackcomb, with slope access connecting to Blackcomb’s Cruiser run and the Blackcomb base area. Access is snow and mountain-operations dependent, so please always check the current Whistler Blackcomb trail/lift status before heading out.

Ski-out to the lifts:

From the building, collect your skis/snowboard from the ski valet/storage area and follow the slope-side access outside The Aspens. Ski down the gentle access slope toward the Blackcomb base area. This brings you toward Cruiser and the base area for the Blackcomb Gondola / Magic Chair access. From there, you can continue up Blackcomb Mountain.

Ski-in back to The Aspens:

At the end of the day, return via the Blackcomb lower-mountain ski-out toward the Upper Village / Blackcomb base area and follow signs/access toward The Aspens. The ski-in route connects from the Cruiser area back toward the building’s slope-side entrance.

Please use caution, follow posted mountain signs, and only use ski-in/ski-out access when conditions are open and safe. If the lower-mountain access is closed or snow coverage is limited, guests can walk from Blackcomb base/Upper Village back to The Aspens instead.

*The fireplace is available only from November until the end of May.
- Leave the unit neat and tidy, run the dishwasher with any used kitchen items and take the trash out upon checkout.

- No Ski/Snowboards/Bikes allowed in the condo, use the FREE ski valet or bike storage in P1.

- Don`t move or rearrange any furniture without explicit permission from the host.
