Great stay but keep your expectations low.

Amazing food options everywhere! Bed was broken underneath so sleeping 2 in a bed made it uncomfortable. A/C machine was loud. Living room A/C machine had filters that I don’t think have ever been cleaned. Didn’t work well and looked disgusting see picture! Toilet was broken and run all night. They tried to fix it but it didn’t help. Frying pans should be thrown away. 2 coffee machines 2 tea kettles but no toaster! Silverware and dishes all miss matched and random. Parking was easy but there was a staff parking stall next to ours and that person parked like a JERK! Room itself was awesome and in a great location and price was right. I’d stay here again anytime. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek in town, a little loud at night but that’s the night life of Whistler.
A/C filters were gross and needed cleaning.

Was absolutely horrible confirmed three times that everything was OK. Then when my staff showed up, everything was not OK they tried to take another deposit from them kept them up for an hour at 2 o’clock in the morning was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never recommend.

The property is good & cleaned. I like how they how dish ware & laundry machine to wash your dirty clothes. What I didn’t like was the underground parking. It terrible. Got lost finding where the gate is and the guest parking is really tight. There is no way I can park beside a big truck & get my car dinked. Parking is very limited & super tight if you have a big vehicle. Parking definitely needs to be improved but at least they offer free EV charging for 5hr Max.

This property is perfect for staying right in the village in Whistler. You’re close to all restaurant, shops and entertainment. The unit needs work. There are 2 missing smoke detectors, the pantry looks like it had a leak and was fixed but needs to be finished as there were cans of paint and a hole still exposed. The shower drained super slow it seemed to be plugged. And it could have been cleaned better. One of our guests has allergies to cats/dogs and she had a reaction due to hair all over the couch and chairs.

The bedding have some unpleasant oily smell, like they have been used and haven't been cleaned/refreshed for quite a while. My wife had to put them into the insuite drier. The clean sheets that house keeping brought helped to reduce the smell a bit. Otherwise, the place is comfy and convenient, right in the middle of the north village.

At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Read other reviews and brought ear plugs, as it doesn’t get quiet until midnight. When I opened the door to the stairs, people were sleeping on the floor. Took the other stairs up to the shops.

** DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE ** Listed as two bathrooms, only had one. Will happily share pictures and screen shots to prove this. Property had two disconnected TVs both missing power cords and cable accounts not set up by owner. Management refused to proved another room with working appliances, and tried to edit the listing after the fact to take away the "2 bathrooms" once they realized the screw up after I booked and paid for the room. NOT honest people, would NOT stay here again. Would NOT recommend this property due to crappy service, deliberately misleading listing, non-working appliances, and tried to cover it up after the fact with Expedia. Thank God I took screen shots of my reservation and the property before they tried to change the listing after I booked. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries. The only thing that does not go well for this unit is also related to its location. At night - past 10pm, the surrounding restaurants/pubs continue to play loud music, and you can hear people chatter. If that was not the case, this would have been a 5 star for my group.
