Whether you are soaking in the hot tub under crisp mountain air or gathering around the dining table with friends and family, this home offers space to connect and recharge across every level.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home spans three floors with six bedrooms and a thoughtful layout for group stays. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom on this level includes two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath and shower combination. On the main floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite, while another provides a king bed with an ensuite, alongside a nearby powder room. The lower level hosts a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath and shower combination, giving every guest comfortable space to unwind.



Living spaces

The main level centers around an open living area anchored by the wood-burning fireplace, where generous seating and wide windows frame the winter setting outside. A media den offers a quieter space for games or TV, and the garage adds extra entertainment with table tennis, foosball, and darts. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace support guests who need to stay connected during their stay.



Kitchen and dining

Washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, heating, portable fans, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance are provided for convenience. Guests have free parking in the garage on premises and the ease of self check-in with a smart lock. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Lake access is available via a path or dock, adding another element of Whistler’s natural surroundings to enjoy year-round.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
