Mornings begin with coffee in hand, watching winter light filter through the forest, and evenings end soaking in the hot tub while crisp mountain air drifts across the deck. Designed for gathering, this stand-alone home offers space to reconnect after full days outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeps 12 | 6 bedrooms | 8 beds | 5.5 baths. Six bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across three levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath/shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another provides a king bed and ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bath/shower combo, creating a comfortable setup for groups.



Living spaces

The open-concept main floor invites you to gather on generous seating beneath high ceilings and expansive windows. The indoor fireplace anchors the room, creating a natural place to unwind on snowy evenings. A separate media den with TV offers a quieter corner for movie nights or games, while the garage transforms into a play space with ping pong, foosball, and darts.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with ample space to cook and serve. A dining table seats ten, and a breakfast bar provides additional seating, making shared meals easy and relaxed. Barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill are available for year-round grilling.



Outdoor living

Two decks extend the living space outdoors. The wrap-around patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, while the rear deck features a hot tub overlooking the backyard. Even in winter, the steaming hot tub offers a memorable way to unwind after a day in the mountains. Guests also enjoy lake access via a nearby path or dock.



Work & practical comforts

Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work needs, and air conditioning, heating, and portable fans ensure comfort in every season. A washer and dryer, clothing storage, essentials, and a safe add convenience for longer stays. Free parking garage on premises, additional driveway parking, private entrance, luggage dropoff allowed, long term stays allowed, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals and extended visits seamless.



Safety features including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher provide added peace of mind throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
