The Space:

Snow settles quietly through the pines as the gondola glides across the mountainside, and you return home to warmth, stillness, and space to unwind. Evenings here invite you to slow down - steam rising from the hot tub, boots drying in the mudroom, and the soft crackle of a wood-burning fireplace filling the room after a day outdoors. Winter brings a sense of calm to the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain, where forested surroundings and alpine air shape the rhythm of your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Two primary bedrooms on the upper level each feature a king split bed, a balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms also offer king split beds and direct access to the patio near the hot tub. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. A powder room on the main level adds convenience for group stays.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows bring natural light into the split-level interior, even during shorter winter days. The main lounge is arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, with comfortable seating for relaxing after skiing or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. A reading nook and dedicated workspace offer space to unwind or catch up on work, while heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable year-round.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, anchored by a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and Thermador range and dishwasher. You can gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or perch at the breakfast bar for casual meals and morning coffee. The adjacent balcony looks out toward the gondola and surrounding trees, with a BBQ grill available for use when conditions allow.



Outdoor living

On the ground level, the patio opens directly to the hot tub, a welcome way to warm up after winter days on the mountain. Snow-dusted trees frame the space, creating a quiet setting to relax before heading back inside.



Ski access and location

Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to Whistler Mountain via the Dave Murray ski trail and the Olympic downhill run leading to the Creekside Gondola. The ski-out point is approximately 400 m from the townhouse, and skis or snowboards must be removed briefly to cross a road. Ski-home access brings you back within a short walk of the property. This route is best suited to intermediate skiers and is weather dependent, typically available from late December through March.



Additional amenities

The home includes in-suite laundry, WiFi, a smart lock for self check-in, a safe, and a large mudroom for storing skis and winter gear. A garage provides free parking on the premises, with additional driveway parking available.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one large or two small vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
