A nice stay in Whistler. The rooms are quite large, almost like a mini-suite. Service was good, from front counter staff to housekeeping. The property could use a bit of a spruce up (the exterior paint is peeling, there's signs of wear in the bathroom). I would recommend staying here.

The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village was overall a nice stay — the room was clean, and I really appreciated having a bathtub. However, the balcony was quite dirty and there were stains on the bedsheet, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to detail, it could have been a perfect experience.

Two bed room with additional features!

Affordable stay in Whistler village - however parking was charged for twice, which was frustrating. Strange arrangement with a jacuzzi bath next to the double bed in the living room/ kitchen area.

Room was very clean and spacious. The jet tub in the room was a surprise, but I didn’t use it. Beds are comfortable and rain shower was very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Whistler.

Location, amenities provided, staff behavior. All very good. Car parking a bit tough for wider car like Tesla cause parking spots are tight ( width less. Increase the width by 10 inches may help wider cars ( not small cars ).

The deluxe queen suite was underwhelming with disappointing details such as a water damaged bathroom door. The phone line listed buttons to speak with the front desk and house-keeping, but both lines said that they were not in service. The folks at the front desk were fine - just not overly friendly. It was a fine stay, middle of the road. But for the price, I think it was a little disappointing. Obviously being in Whistler, the sights and area surrounding are beautiful.
