We love our stay. The suite was really clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful with our requests. The ski-in ski-out was the best. This hotel is the first one you get to from the run, so super easy to get to. I love that they have 2 hot tubs, spaces for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Whistler staying at the Blackcomb suites! It’s true ski in/ski out with the hotel being conveniently located at the base of Blackcomb mountain accessible via mainline and then the Merlin runs. The ski storage is super convenient and makes the trip a breeze if you come with your own equipment. For the exorbitant price you pay however (~$500/night), the property has nothing special and is in very mediocre condition. Rooms are spacious but certainly outdated and not the cleanest. There are 0 dining options on the property and apart from the ski in and ski out perk, it’s extremely expensive for what you get. I did appreciate the free shuttle from the hotel to Whistler village. Overall the stay was nice but don’t expect to be staying anywhere lavish despite paying a lavish fee. That’s just Whistler for you.

This is a ski in/ski out facility with equipment rental on site. Easy check in process. The rooms are clean and full of amenities in their kitchenette. We did not get to use the hot tub and pool - but there were plenty of people who are. The inly draw-back is there is no food option on site (just vending machines for chips/snacks/soda).

This is a true ski in ski out resort. They have hot chocolate right off the slope at the entrance to the hotel. Everyone on the staff has been extremely nice and accommodating.The number five bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes, which will take you anywhere you need to go in the village. Even let us extend our stay for one extra night at an incredible rate. That rate being lower than anywhere else on the web. Two large hot tubs are wonderful and the pool is heated as well year round. I did not swim in the pool, so I cannot attest to its temperature. However, it couldn’t have been too bad as the kids were having a blast.

Our request for a late check-out was denied (even though it was only for ONE hour so our grandchildren could nap in one of the two rooms we had paid CA$1,700 per night for!). We had emailed the hotel a few days prior, and when we arrived, the front desk immediately denied our request!
