Integrated luxury kitchen with a BORA induction cooktop, large refrigerator with ice maker, small wine cooler, and Nespresso machine. Combination microwave with oven and steam cooker. Very well-equipped kitchen. Small entryway with guest restroom. Very beautiful terrace area with high-quality garden furniture and a beach chair (approx. April–October). A sunny, shaded area and a south-facing garden landscaped with great attention to detail.

Basement:
Very nice wellness area with a large, front-glazed sauna, XXL shower, and restroom. Two tastefully decorated rooms, each with a double box-spring bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m) and a flat-screen TV. Small laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upper floor:
Great master bedroom with plenty of built-in closet space, a double box-spring bed (2x2m), and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it is a bathroom finished in elegant natural stone, featuring a large shower, double sink, and toilet.
