With approximately 136 m² of living space spread across several floors, the house can accommodate up to four people, including a child, and is ideal for couples, small families, or relaxing vacations with close friends.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area features an open layout and is flooded with natural light. High-quality materials, warm natural tones, and thoughtfully selected details create a stylish ambiance with that typical Sylt serenity.
