The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2026 and is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the sea. The diverse Wenningstedt promenade and the Kursaal are within easy reach.
High-quality solid wood flooring and warm color tones characterize the invitingly designed living and dining area, creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the spacious garden—your very own little slice of freedom under the open sky, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
A special highlight is your very own beach chair, where you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine and enjoy breathtaking sunsets—that authentic Sylt vibe!
The separate, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: It’s equipped with a Nespresso machine, oven, stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and a drip coffee maker.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features modern amenities and includes a toilet, a sink, and a shower with a comfortable overhead showerhead. Pleasant underfloor heating adds to the comfort and creates a cozy, home-like atmosphere. In the small but charming bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a spacious closet—perfect for restful nights.
A well-behaved dog is allowed with prior notice (€10 per pet/day).
A private parking space is available right next to the house.
The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
